Yet again all of our alcoholic Drinks are 100% organic and most of them are vegan as well.

So, let's talk Beers first:

Freedom Lager - now on tap - a superbly refreshing and all organic treat £3.50 per pint / £2.00 per half pint

4.8% Produced in Germany under their strict purity laws and bottled in the UK. This is a crisp, clean and light lager. This beer goes down very easy.

Cannabia is brewed as a traditional "Pils", a Lager-beer.Due to the so called "Beer Purity Law" here in Germany, Cannabiaｮ is called an "alcoholic drink containing: malt, cannabis and hops".

Sam Smith's Organic Lager - 5% Made with lightly kilned lager malt and speciality Vienna malt - generous addition of German hops gives the beer significant bitterness and fragrance.

Sam Smith's Organic Ale - 5% An organic bitter from a highly respected independent brewery (Yorkshire's oldest). With a clean hoppy nose and a dry, slightly zesty flavour this is a delicately flavoured light golden ale. Samuel Smith's century old yeast strain gives the beer its distinctive character in which the subtle fruity esters interact with a background of maltiness and fresh hops.

Samuel Smith's Cherry Beer - 5.1% Handcrafted for Sam Smith's at the tiny Melbourn Brothers Brewery in Stamford using manually operated brewing equipment, their rich and complex ale is blended with 17% organic cherry juice and more organic ale to create a red-tinged fruit beer of considerable strength and flavour. Aromas of sweet cherries lead on to marzipan and cherry flavours on the palate - initially sweet but then pleasantly tart/sour.

Sam Smith's Strawberry Beer - 5.1% The success of their Cherry Beer has encouraged Sam Smith's to follow-up with a Strawberry version. As you'd expect from this most English of summer fruits it's a delightfully aromatic beer with sweet fruit on the nose and in the mouth. Whilst clearly not a dry beer, with no hint of bitterness, its sweetness is kept well in check with a very gently tart finish, and the result is well-balanced, elegant and very pleasing.

Sam Smith's Raspberry Beer - 5.1% The final piece (for now) in the Sam Smith's fruit beer jigsaw. We found this a little sweeter than the strawberry beer, with its luscious ripe fruit flavour less restrained by tart ale characters. A lovely deep red colour and a real mouthful!

Now let's talk Ciders

Premium Sparkling Cider Medium sweet and delightfully fruity blend of 5 different apples. A great balance between dryness and sweetness.

Sparkling Perry Made the same way as cider but from pears rather then apples – it’s aromatic, delicate, gently fruity and very refreshing. This is also a treat and can at times be out of stock due to the shortage of organic perry pears.
