We want to grow - not for growth's sake but because we believe whole heartedly that what we have to offer is much needed in this day and age. A truly forward thinking eco eatery with creative depth and environmental agenda... the time to grow this concept is now!

Whilst the world's leaders congregate on yet another convention to discuss what can and what can't be done about climate change and environmental destruction we are already out here doing our share. Every single one of us can be part of this movement and the choices we make every day feed into the bigger picture. Imagine walking down your high street and seeing places like inSpiral that carry this ethos, rather than another profit only driven soulless coffee chain? Well, we don't' want to become quite as big as Starbucks yet - but we certainly aspire to multiply and grow beyond our current realm of influence. But to achieve this goal within our ambitous time frame we need support from people who share our vision - and also have access to the means: money!

To give you just an idea of what we are planning to achieve in the future:

1. Introduce many of our acclaimed products (such as the ice cream, the raw chocolates, the superfoods and vegan cakes) into mainstream distribution!
2. Open further lounges (both as small food outlets as well as creative hubs)
3. Develope the Camden Flagship into an iconic landmark
4. Establish ourselves as the eco catering company of choice
5. Host workshops and talks on conscious eating throughout the UK
6. Consult Schools and other institutions on how to move away from heavy, unhealthy and unenvironmental food choices
7. Setup a central community centre where we can showcase, test and develop for the future to come!
