New Menu!

It's that time again and our latest menu is an exiciting mix of baked and raw favourites with an inSpiral twist as well as new dishes and weekly specials.

All our mains are the same price at £5.45 each. Choose from small, medium or large mixed sides to accompany your meal and take advantage of our group bundles (see below).

Our current baked dishes include a seasonal lentil, cinnamon & red wine shepherds pie, our ever popular gluten free vegan lasagne with a home-made almond milk bechamel and a filo pastry spanakopita with spinach, leek and tofu with a dill dressing.

On the raw side we have a new seasonal raw nut loaf with portobello mushroom gravy, our raw 'cheese' and tart with an omega flax base, our popular raw sprouted pizza topped with sunflower seed cheese, sundried tomatoes and Italian olives.
