The Festival is a unique one-day event with over 50 free talks and workshops and over 60 stalls covering:

Self-healing and Self-empowerment • Natural Parenting and Nature Cures • Healthy Vegan Organic Meals and Whole-foods

• Permaculture and Environmentalism • Musical, Poetic and Artistic Expression • Simple and Non-consumerist Living •

Creating Community and Networks • Celebration and Connection

The Festival of Life (FOL) is a non-sectarian, non-profit network of dedicated individuals who are working co-operatively towards helping inform, educate and promote the benefits of healthy diets and lifestyles. In an age of ever increasing sickness and obesity – aggravated especially by the predominance of junk and fast food, drug use, stress, environmental pollution etc in modern culture - FOL aims to present to the public alternative modes of living which enhance physical, mental and spiritual health rather than destroy it.

Concomitant with individual ill-health, the environment is suffering as a consequence of, among other things, a consumer-orientated society, lack of respect for the beauty of our countryside and wildlife, ignorance of the dangers of modern farming practices and land management and our dissociation from more natural ways of living.

The Earth is reaching a crisis point in its ability to sustain ever-increasing numbers of people with an ever-growing demand for material goods and services. Now, more than any other time in history, is it necessary to implement changes for the benefit of present and future generations of humanity, as well as for the preservation of natural habitats and wildlife diversity.

The essential message of FOL is along the lines of “feet on the ground, head in the clouds, love in the heart". They particularly celebrate the benefits of raw, vegan, live food.

inSpiral will be running a cafe and juice bar at the festival selling a range of new raw dishes, salads, cakes & treats, smoothies, juices and nut mylk elixirs for your ultimate ecstatic nourishmen. The festival of Life is the best place to come and explore the limitless joys of rising up through the top of yourself, and out through the heart of yourself, and to set your tastebuds free!

inSpiral will also once again be running the chill-out room, with some great soul-expanding music and atmospherics.
