After walking past inSpiral several times and promising myself to try their food, my opportunity came when picking a place to eat with a vegan friend. Unique in its concept, inSpiral is built on the belief that each and every one of us can contribute in a meaningful way to a better future for all of us.

Yep - this time it was our humble Banana Karma smoothie that got all the attention. We obviously think that its the best smothe in the world: nutritious, healthy and SOOO tasty! more or a meal than a drink!And beeing invited to showcase this drink at the UK's Smoothie Competition was a proof of that. We sadly didn't make it right up to the top but we certainly raised a few eye brows with our work - so when you are in the loune next time make sure not to forget a trial of this mighty smoothie!...
